Evacuation drills are a safety practice that is important for all of us, but especially for large groups of people in concentrated places. Properties definitely need to have a safety plan in place in order to quickly and safely get staff and clients out of the building in an orderly fashion.
Holding an evacuation drill for your tenants is an opportunity to not only review the safety procedures for your group, but to also use the time after a successful drill to spend time together and take a small break from the day.
