This time-honored event to set the final beam, or its equivalent, on the project in place, deserves to be celebrated, with an official Topping Out Party. We want to help you recognize the long road it takes to get a building to completion. Depending upon the type of celebration you prefer, we can make this event as custom as you like.  

Let us plan a reception, luncheon, or dinner. From the décor to a menu and every element in between, O’Brien Productions will take care of all the details for you. Our design professionals will work closely with you and your group to ensure that all your event needs are met, taking the worry off you. We will have an event supervisor on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Topping Out is a historic day and the most significant milestone after you break ground, so honor it in style.  Celebrating the final beam or the last piece of steel of your building will be a day to remember when using us, O'Brien Productions. The VIP’s may want to address the crowd and thank everyone who was involved in the building process. We can provide a stage, sound system, music, tents, tables, floral touches…and, we will make sure to provide a photographer to capture all these special moments! Our experienced and professional staff will handle all the details and your group only needs to relax and enjoy this celebration!
